Alzheimer's Society runs a Memory Café once a month at Leominster Community Centre. We gather for a cuppa, a chat and a light lunch, and share information and advice. Everyone enjoys the relaxed and supportive atmosphere, and each month a professional is invited to talk and and answer questions. Our recent topics have been What is Dementia?, Coping with Stress, and Legal Advice, all very popular.

Now in our 30th year, registered charity West Mercia Women's Aid offers Domestic Abuse support services primarliy to women and children living in the Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire area.
